A deeper understanding

Last time we ignited our interest in schema therapy and focused on a) the assessment component noting that it is broader than the YSQ, and b) the formulation. We will continue today deepening our understanding of some of the components of schema therapy treatment, to better grasp the key elements of schema therapy from an intervention type perspective, as well as key tasks for different modes. Please come prepared to join in the experiential exercises today!

Reflect and discuss

This is live CPD where you will engage deeply with the content through discussion and role play, and be encouraged to ask questions. You will be learning alongside your peers and sharing your knowledge and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
