The Registrar Success Workshop 1 is designed to help you understand the registrar program and make the most of this important stage of your development. Explore the registrar requirements and competencies, alongside practical strategies for using supervision, Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM), feedback and deliberate practice to become a more effective and confident psychologist.
Reflect and discuss
This is live CPD where you will engage deeply with the content through discussion and role play, and be encouraged to ask questions. You will be learning alongside your peers and sharing your knowledge and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.

The Registrar Success Workshops are delivered by PREP founders and Program Directors Dr Aaron Frost and Dr Rebecca Frost, with support from Program Lead Sarah Scupham. Together, they bring extensive experience across clinical psychology, supervision, registrar training, Routine Outcome Monitoring, deliberate practice, clinical governance and leadership.
Aaron and Rebecca founded PREP in 2021, bringing together their shared passion for high-quality psychology training and developing effective clinicians. Aaron leads the nationally recognised STAP supervisor training program, which has trained more than 5,000 Board-approved supervisors, while Rebecca brings extensive experience in clinical supervision, leadership, strategy, clinical governance, risk and practice management. Together, they have built and led large psychology services and more recently founded PractAus, extending their work in psychology training and safe, ethical and sustainable practice.
