A deeper understanding

This interactive end-of-year workshop helps registrars evaluate their clinical effectiveness and set meaningful goals for the year ahead. With a strong focus on Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM), participants will explore how to use their own clinical data, feedback and supervision to identify patterns, learning edges and opportunities for growth. Registrars will then translate these insights into deliberate practice targets and an individualised development plan for the coming year.

Reflect and discuss

This is live CPD where you will engage deeply with the content through discussion and role play, and be encouraged to ask questions. You will be learning alongside your peers and sharing your knowledge and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
