Dr Aaron Frost

Benchmark Psychology, STAP and PREP

Aaron has a career spanning over 20 years, including working in private practice, public sector, research, academia, consultancy, and training. Aaron has been an influential and forward thinking leader in psychology. Aaron is a certified trainer with the International Centre for Clinical Excellent (ICCE), the program lead for the Supervisor Training and Approval Program (STAP) and the Director of Benchmark Psychology.

Dr Rebecca Frost

Benchmark Psychology, STAP and PREP

Rebecca is also the Director of Benchmark Psychology. She is an accredited supervisor and an expert in leadership and strategy, clinical governance, risk management and practice management, whose opinion is sought and valued at the highest levels. Rebecca is the brains behind the Psychology Registrar Endorsement Program (PREP), a comprehensive and complete program for registrars working towards clinical endorsement.

Jesse is an endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist and Director of Strength Psychology, a private practice in Victoria offering assessment and therapy psychology services dedicated to children & adolescents. Jesse has many years’ experience counselling young people and has been recognised at a local and state level for this work.

Dr Brooke Stemm


Dr Brooke Stemm is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years experience in private practice. Brooke navigated the transition to solo practice on her own, and from this has developed an intimate understanding of the complexities involved in successfully setting up and running a thriving solo practice. Brooke has also successfully assisted other health professionals to establish their solo private practices.

Dr Katelyn Kerr

Toowong Private Hospital

Katelyn is the Lead Clinical Psychologist for the Trauma Recovery Day Programs at Toowong Private Hospital. Katelyn has worked both in public and private hospitals in clinical roles, and maintains a busy private practice at Savoir Rooms Specialist Medical Practice. Katelyn also has a strong background in suicide research and prevention, and has been called as an expert witness for the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide and associated inquiries.
