A deeper understanding
In this seminar we will be unpacking ACT and considering how it is different to traditional CBT. ACT’s ultimate goal is to increase psychological flexibility so one can openly engage in behavioural choices that are values-driven. ACT truly is a therapy that the therapist also needs to buy into by experiencing and practicing the elements for oneself, so get ready to ‘get on board’!
Reflect and discuss
This is live CPD where you will engage deeply with the content through discussion and role play, and be encouraged to ask questions. You will be learning alongside your peers and sharing your knowledge and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
