Ongoing Deliberative Practice

 2 hours active CPD

Whilst routine outcome measurement is a powerful tool for quality assurance it doesn’t guarantee that you will continue to develop and improve as a therapist. Given how important practitioner variables are to overall client outcomes, deliberate practice is a key strategy to ensure your own ongoing growth and development as a therapist. This module will give you the tools to set up a plan for your own deliberate practice journey using the data you have collected in your first year of practice.

    Active, interactive CPD

Written by experienced trainers, we know that you don't learn well just watching pre-recorded webinars. This module is truly interactive with a constantly changing combination of videos, readings and activities to keep you engaged and encourage deep learning.

    A deeper understanding

This module prompts reflection on the value of measuring and using therapeutic outcomes, supported by robust literature. It introduces concepts of outcome measurement, learning from experts, selecting measures, and integrating them into practice. It also gets you to reflect on how focussing on your client outcomes can benefit supervision and ongoing professional development.
