Feedback Informed Therapy

 2 hours active CPD

Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) and Outcomes Informed Practice is a cornerstone of the PREP program. The emphasis on measuring and utilizing outcomes in therapeutic work is born out of a robust body of literature that demonstrates its benefits to clients, and we would argue to clinicians and organisation as well. Measuring and responding to feedback is also an essential component of evidence-based practice.

This module will provide you with the basic information you need to get you started on your own journey with measuring and incorporating outcome measurement into your everyday practice with clients. You will be introduced to the concepts of outcome measurement, what we can learn from the “experts”, what a successful client journey looks like in terms of outcomes, which measures you can use and how to incorporate outcome measurement into your practice starting in the first session. We will also explore how client outcomes can be incorporated into supervision and how this benefits ongoing professional development across your psychology career.
