A deeper understanding
OCD can be difficult to recognise and challenging to treat when compulsions are subtle or a client’s fears feel especially confronting. This full-day workshop gives early career psychologists a practical framework for assessing OCD and delivering ERP. Participants will work through case examples, formulation, exposure planning and skills-based exercises. The focus is on making sound clinical decisions and building confidence in taking ERP from theory into sessions. Participants will be invited to consider a de-identified OCD case or
a clinical question they would like to explore during the workshop.
Reflect and discuss
This is live CPD where you will engage deeply with the content through discussion and role play, and be encouraged to ask questions. You will be learning alongside your peers and sharing your knowledge and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.
