Small Group Supervision
We offer a range of monthly supervision groups led by our Board-approved supervisors, specifically designed to support registrars throughout their training journey. Our groups are intentionally kept small, typically comprising 5 participants and capped at a maximum of 6, allowing for meaningful discussion, individual feedback, and active participation.
Our groups are built around a deliberate practice model. Each session focuses on developing broader therapeutic competencies, such as outcome monitoring, working with resistance, alliance repair, ethical decision-making, and advanced clinical skills. Participants have opportunities to actively practise these skills through structured exercises, role plays, feedback, and reflection with peers, helping translate learning into day-to-day clinical work.
