Welcome to your homepage for the Psychology Registrar Endorsement Program (PREP for short)!

We are so excited to be part of your journey to endorsement and all the incredible growth and development we know we are going to see along the way. This page is going to be where you will find everything you need for all of the CPD in PREP, and this page will tell you everything you need to know about taking part in the program.

Read this Handbook FIRST

This comprehensive handbook covers almost everything that you are likely to need to know so it is very important that you read it first. It will cover things like;

Booking and changing supervision
CPD order and procedures
Taking leave from the program
etc.

CPD Schedule

To access your CPD go to "My Courses" in the site menu.

In order to make it easier for you to get an overview of the learning available to you, and to allow you to easily add it to your calendar please look at the schedule that you can download here. It includes:

A suggested order for on-demand CPD
A list of topics and dates

Further information about the presenters and what the topic covers can be seen within each course in this portal.

Read the PREP Handbook

The handbook should answer nearly all of your questions about how to book supervision, attending CPD, and other useful information about taking leave from the program, handling concerns etc. You can find it in the next tab.

Make sure your paperwork is complete

The sooner you do this the sooner you can get started! You need to complete and submit your application with AHPRA (the forms should have been sent to you but are also available here under PsyBA Documents tab) before you can count any of your hours.

Access your PsychTrakka Logbook

We have partnered with PsychTrakka for you to receive your first 12months of logbook tracking for free. To create you account and access 12 months free, see the Logbook tab. This is not mandatory and you can instead use another tool to record your hours.

Book your supervision (if relevant)

Be sure to get in early with booking supervision to ensure you get the time that best suits you. Our admin will do this for you the first time but from there we also have an online booking portal in the 'My supervision' page. If you can't find the right times ask to be placed on the cancellation list and we will contact you as they become available.

Plan your CPD

Download the CPD schedule available in the tabs above and learn how to navigate to the 'My courses' page in the portal. Please add these into your calendar, although you will get a reminder email prior to each live CPD session.

It is important to understand the order that you should be completing the on-demand topics as some are designed to be accessed at the beginning, middle and end of your program. We recommend discussing your CPD plan with your primary supervisor in one of your first sessions.

Access NovoPsych

As a PREP participant, you get free access to NovoPsych for the first 12 months. Scroll down for details on how to access you free account.

NovoPsych is a subscription-based website which provides you with access to dozens of assessments suitable for use with adults and children. This will help you monitor your client's progress throughout therapy and provide you with important outcome data to guide intervention and inform clients and referrers. If you are receiving supervision through PREP, exploring your client related data is also a key part of supervision so please create an account, log-in and familiarise yourself with the measure and the program.
