Primary and secondary supervision can also be included in your PREP program. Our experienced supervisors approach supervision with the same focus, helping supervisees to understand their effectiveness with clients and identify their strengths and weaknesses. Most importantly, supervision will provide you with ongoing feedback about your performance and identify deliberate practice opportunities that will facilitate your growth as a clinician. 

For many PREP participants, group supervision is a highlight of their program. Facilitated by an experienced supervisor, group supervision goes well beyond case presentations and general discussions. Each group is designed for active engagement of attendees who are required to reflect on and deliberately practice therapeutic skills in the session. While challenging initially, many participants find group supervision an opportunity for professional growth in the company of supportive peers.
